Some of the biggest companies have extended work-from-home policies due to the global pandemic. Indeed told workers they can remain virtual until July 2021. Airbnb employees are able to work from home through August. And Google employees can work remotely through September.
Still others are planning a new combination of remote and on-site working with shared spaces that allow employees to rotate in and out.
But what does the shift mean for a workplace’s culture?
