Instead of using case studies, we explain how the principles of Operational Excellence work with your unique products and processes. This approach allows your team to understand how each step applies in their particular environment. Your company will end the session with tangible deliverables such as a future state map for one or more products or processes in your value stream.

This foundational class guides participants through a current and future state mapping process utilizing data from your products and processes. After presenting the concepts using case study examples, the trainer will help your internal team apply the learning to your own environment. Participants finish this course with a complete future state value stream map and the knowledge to repeat the process on their own.

In this workshop, attendees learn how to apply the nine guidelines for office flow through hands-on class exercises. You team will be able to immediately apply the concepts to your own value streams to create an autonomous flow of information that reduces work interruptions and time spent in meetings for quicker customer response. Plus, they’ll have the knowledge to repeat the process independently on the next business process value stream.
