Returns & Refunds
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, for any reason, you can return your item with no questions asked and we’ll process an exchange or refund to make things right.
Cancelling Orders
If you change your mind, you can cancel an order any time prior to shipment.
Returns
If you return your product within 15 days of the date of purchase, we’ll credit the full amount – less shipping charges – to the original form of payment.
Damaged Products
For damaged items or products that are missing pieces, simply submit a claim within two business days of receiving your package by emailing orders@instituteopex.org. Once we receive your request, we’ll take care of completing your order.
Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item, simply send us your product and we’ll ship you a replacement. If the new item costs less than the original, we’ll issue a credit for the difference to the original form of payment. If the new product is more, you’ll be responsible for paying the difference. Either way, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the new product.
Our Process
When you’re sending an item back to us, here’s how the process works:
- Reach out to us at orders@instituteopex.org to let us know the nature of your return/exchange.
- Be sure your item is in new/unused condition and that you include all items you received in the package (e.g. CDs, manuals, etc.).
- Include a copy of your sales receipt or invoice.
- Mark your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package. If you don’t have this number, you can get this number by contacting us.
- Attach the shipping label.
- Take your package to the nearest shipping location/drop box.
It’s that easy!
Once we receive your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within seven to ten business days and email you once it’s complete.
Restrictions
The Institute for Operational Excellence reserved the right to refuse a return if these conditions aren’t met. Also, we can’t issue refunds for online courses, live training events, digital guides or presentations. And free return shipping doesn’t apply outside of the continental United States.
