Knowing how to apply the eight principles of flow accurately to develop a future state map (instead of using kaizen events) is an immediate game-changer. Whether you are new to value stream design or looking for a “tune-up” of your process, join us to ensure your future state maps are designed accurately, and you are getting the most from your efforts. This webinar was previously called Value Stream Design for Manufacturing.
