He has worked globally with organizations such as Parker Hannifin, United Technologies Corporation, Bayer Healthcare, and Curtiss Wright. Prior to joining the Institute, Tim served as national business manager for H.J. Heinz in Sydney and as a brand manager for British American Tobacco.

  • Tammy MurrayTammy Murray helps teams and organizations produce higher quality output in less time by applying the right framework and tools at the right time. For more than a decade, Tammy has been applying her in LEAN, Operational Excellence, Agile and Scrum  experience to business processes in manufacturing and financial service organizations. 

    After attending the Office that Grows Your Business workshop (now called OpEx in Your Office) with the Institute for Operational Excellence, Tammy helped an order entry team reduce their processing time from 10-days to 1 day, all while reducing errors.  Since that time, Tammy has received four certifications, ASQ - Certified Quality Improvement Associate,   Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), Certified Scrum Coach (International Scrum Institute), and Certified SAFe 4 Agilist (Scaled Agile). Tammy combines her training with her work experience as a group manager, product owner, and scrum master in her current role as an Operational Excellence Practitioner.  Tammy is actively helping others in her organization apply the agile values and principles to day-to-day activities and the SAFe & Scrum frameworks to process development work.
